नाम लियैं पातिक कटैं, पहुँचै हरि के देस।
'छौना' के गीरही जपौ, कै अतीत के भेस॥
- श्री गुरु छौनाजी महाराज
Hindi Meaning
भगवान का नाम लेने से समस्त पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं और जीव अंततः हरि के धाम को प्राप्त करता है।
श्री छौना जी महाराज कहते हैं कि यह नाम चाहे गृहस्थ (गीरही) जपे या विरक्त संन्यासी (अतीत), दोनों को ही समान फल मिलता है।
बाहरी भेष का इसमें कोई महत्व नहीं है, क्योंकि सार बात केवल ‘नाम-स्मरण’ है, न कि बाह्य रूप या वेशभूषा।

- Shri Guruchauna Ji Maharaj
Through chanting the Holy Name of the Lord, all sins are destroyed, and the soul ultimately reaches the sacred abode of Hari. Śrī Chaunā Jī Mahārāja teaches that whether one is a householder or a renunciate, the fruit of the Name is the same. External form or attire has no real importance; the essence lies entirely in sincere remembrance of the Divine Name.
