ॐ
Hindi Meaning

Transliteration
(Raag Peelu - Taal Titala)
Bhajan Bin Hai Chola Bekam.
Mal Aru Mutra Bharo Nar Sab Tan, Hai Nishfal Yah Cham. [1]
Bin Hari Bhajan Pavitra Na Hwaihai, Dhovau Aathau Yam.
Kaaya Chhod Hans Udi Jaihai, Pado Rahai Dhan Dham. [2]
Apno Sut Mukh Loo Dhar Dehai, Soch Lehu Parinam.
‘Roopkunwari’ Sab Chhod Basahu Braj, Bhajiye Shyama Shyam. [3]
- Sri Roop Kunwari Ji
Without devotion to God, this body is useless — it is merely filled with filth like excrement and urine, and without bhajan (devotional worship), this fleshly form becomes completely fruitless. [1]
Without Hari’s bhajan, no one can become truly pure, even if they cleanse themselves eight times a day.
Ultimately, like a swan departing its lake, the soul will flee, leaving behind all wealth and kin. [2]
One’s very own son will light the funeral pyre—ponder deeply over this truth. Sri Rupkunwari says: True fulfillment lies in abandoning everything, dwelling in Braj, and lovingly worshiping Shri Shyama-Shyam! [3]
