(कवित्त)
जाये जिसे जाना हो हिमालय तप करने,
शीघ्र जाये जिसे प्यारी गंगा जल धारा हो। [1]
जाकर गुफाओं में योगासन लगाये खूब,
होता उद्धार यदि हठयोग के द्वारा हो॥ [2]
धूनी और पंचाग्नि भी तापे जिसे तापना हो,
करले प्रयत्न जहां जिस का सहारा हो। [3]
मैं भी यही चाहता हूं वृंदावन कुंजन में,
मैं हूं अकेला और प्रियतम हमारा हो॥ [4]

Hindi Meaning

जिसे हिमालय जाकर तप करना हो वो वहाँ जाकर खूब तपस्या करे, जिसे प्यारी गंगा के किनारे जाना हो वह भी शीघ्र वहाँ जाए। [1]
जिसे गुफाओं में योगासन लगाने का इच्छा हो वो भी जाकर खूब लगाए यदि हठयोग के द्वारा उसका कल्याण होता हो। [2]
जिसको धूनी एवं पंचाग्नि आदि तपस्या करने की इच्छा हो वो करे, जो जैसा भी प्रयत्न करना चाहे वो करले। [3]
मैं तो केवल यही चाहता हूँ कि श्री वृंदावन की कुंजों में अकेला पड़ा रहकर अपने प्रियतम श्री बिहारीजी को अपना बनाकर उनसे नित्य लाड़ लड़ाता रहूँ। [4]

(kavitta) jaye jise jana ho himalay tap karane, shighr jaye jise pyari gnga jal dhara ho. [1]
jakar gufaon men yogasan lagaye khub, hota uddhar yadi hathayog ke dvara ho.. [2]
dhuni aur pnchagni bhi tape jise tapana ho, karale prayatn jahan jis ka sahara ho. [3]
main bhi yahi chahata hun vrindavan kunjan men, main hun akela aur priyatam hamara ho.. [4]

Transliteration

(Kavitt) Jaaye Jise Jaana Ho Himalay Tap Karne, Shighra Jaaye Jise Pyaari Ganga Jal Dhaara Ho. [1] Jaakar Gufaon Mein Yogasan Lagaye Khoob, Hota Uddhaar Yadi Hathayog Ke Dwaara Ho. [2] Dhooni Aur Panchaagni Bhi Tappe Jise Taapna Ho, Karle Prayatn Jahaa Jis Ka Sahara Ho. [3] Main Bhi Yahi Chahta Hu Vrindavan Kunjan Mein, Main Hu Akela Aur Priyatam Hamaara Ho. [4] - Dandi Swami Shri Hare Krishnanand Sarasvati ‘Hare Krishn’, Vrindavan Shatak (73) One who desires to embark on a journey to the Himalayas and engage in deep penance should follow their aspiration and dedicate themselves to rigorous spiritual practices in that sacred place. Similarly, those who yearn to visit the revered banks of the Gaṅgā River should go there without delay. [1] Likewise, anyone who feels a strong inclination to practice yoga in caves should pursue this path if they find haṭha yoga beneficial to their well‑being. [2] Moreover, aspirants who wish to undertake penance rituals such as Dhūni and Pañcāgni are free to do so. They are encouraged to explore any form of penance that resonates with their personal goals and aspirations. [3] However, my only wish is to reside in the bowers of Vṛndāvan forest and lovingly serve my beloved Śrī Banke Bihārījī, making Him forever mine. [4]
