करि कें आस जू और की, तकत न इत उत होय।
तुव पद परछाँहीं बिना, नहिं भावत मन कोय॥

श्रीराधे! तो पद पंकज की परछाँहीं रहत सदा मन मेरौ।
करिकें आस और इत उतकी तकत न दाहिन डेरौ॥ [1]
सकल लोक सुख-संपति कौ सुख नाहिं सुहावत नेरौ।
श्रीहरिप्रिया निरन्तर रसना रटत नाम नित तेरौ॥ [2]

श्री लालजी (श्री कृष्ण) अब अधीर होकर कहने लगे -
(दोहा)
हे प्रिया जी (श्री राधा), मेरा मन केवल आपके चरणारविंदों की आशा को छोड़कर कहीं भी इधर-उधर नहीं भटकता है।
मेरे मन को आपके चरणों की परछाईं के बिना और कुछ भी नहीं सुहाता।
(पद)
हे राधे, मेरा मन आपके चरणारविंदों की परछाईं में ही सदा रहता है।
इन चरणों को छोड़कर, और किसी की आशा में, दाएं-बाएं इधर-उधर नहीं भटकता है।[1]
समस्त प्राकृत- चौदह भुवन और अप्राकृत वैकुंठ लोकों का सुख भी आपके चरणारविंदों की परछाईं के सुख के सामने तनिक भी नहीं सुहाता है।
हे श्री हरि की प्रिया स्वामिनी जू! इसी परछाईं को सदा प्राप्त करने के लिए मेरी रसना निरंतर आपका ही नाम रटती रहती है। [2]

Even the joys of all the fourteen worlds and the transcendental realms like Vaikuntha cannot match the bliss found beneath the shadow of your lotus feet. O Beloved Swamini (protectress) of Shri Hari, my tongue continuously chants your name, desiring nothing but the eternal shade of your lotus feet. [2]
