माई मोकों जुगलनाम निधि भाई।
सुख-संपदा जगतकी झूठी, आई संग न जाई॥ [1]
लोभीको धन काम न आवै, अंतकाल दुखदायी।
जो जोरै धन अधम करम तें, सर्बस चलै नसाई॥ [2]
कुलके धरम कहा लै कीजै, भक्ति न मनमें आई।
‘जुगलप्रिया’ सब तजौ भजौ हरि, चरन कमल मन लाई॥ [3]

Hindi Meaning
हे सखी! मेरे हृदय को युगल नाम रूपी निधि भा गई है।
इस संसार की सुख-संपत्ति झूठी है, मृत्यु के समय कुछ भी साथ नहीं जाती। [1]
लोभी को उसका धन भी काम नहीं आता, अंत समय में वह दुख ही देता है।
जो धन अधम कर्मों से अर्जित किया गया हो, वह अंत में सब कुछ नष्ट कर देता है। [2]
कुल-मर्यादा अथवा लौकिक धर्म-कर्म का भी क्या लाभ, यदि मन में सच्ची भक्ति न आए? श्री युगल प्रिया कहती हैं सब कुछ त्यागकर श्रीहरि के चरणों में मन लगाकर भक्ति करने में ही जीवन की परम सार्थकता है। [3]

O friend! My heart has found its true treasure in the divine names of the Divine Couple. All the pleasures and riches of this world are false—they do not accompany the soul at the time of death. [1]
Even a miser’s wealth cannot help him; instead, it becomes a source of suffering in the end. Wealth earned through impure means ultimately leads to the ruin of the future. [2]
What is the value of social position, family reputation, or religious practices if love for the Lord does not grow? Shri Yugal Priya says: The true purpose of life lies in surrendering the mind at the lotus feet of Shri Hari through pure, selfless devotion. [3]
