फूल्यो री सघन वन तामे करत री कोकिला गान। [1]
चल री वृषभान नंदिनी छाँड़ि कठिन मन मान॥ [2]
नव ऋतुराज आयौ री नैरैं मिलि कीजै मधु पान। [3]
‘सूरदास’ पिय को रिझाइये गाई सुनाइ मीठी तान॥ [4]

Hindi Meaning
हे प्यारी जू! देखो, वृंदावन के सघन कुंज किस प्रकार पुष्पों से भरकर अपनी अनुपम शोभा बिखेर रहे हैं।
इन लताओं में कोयल मधुर स्वर में गान कर रही है, मानो प्रेम का संदेश सुना रही हो। [1]
हे वृषभानु नंदिनी श्री राधे! कृपा कर अपने मन से मान को त्याग दो और शीघ्रता से चलो।
प्रियतम श्यामसुंदर तुम्हारी प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। [2]
नवीन ऋतुराज बसंत अपने पूर्ण वैभव के साथ आ चुका है, अब विलंब क्यों? श्यामसुंदर से मिलन कर इस रस-माधुरी का पान करो और प्रेम के अमृत में डूब जाओ। [3]
श्री सूरदास जी कहते हैं—“प्रियतम श्री कृष्ण को रिझाने के लिए अपनी मधुर तान छेड़ो, जिससे वे तुम्हारी ओर खिंचते चले आएँ और यह मिलन और भी मधुर हो जाए।

O charming daughter of King Vrishabhanu, Shri Radhe! Please set aside your sulk and come quickly. Your beloved Shyamsundar eagerly awaits you. [2]
The glorious king of seasons, Basant, has arrived in all its splendor—why delay any longer? Unite with Shyamsundar, immerse yourself in the nectar of divine love, and revel in boundless bliss. [3]
Shri Surdas Ji says, “Please your beloved Shri Krishna with your sweet melodies, so that He is irresistibly drawn to you, making this union even more enchanting.” [4]
