रीति भजन की यहै ध्रुव, छाँडो सब की आस।
जुगल चरन की शरन गहि, मनमें धरि विश्वास॥

Hindi Meaning
श्रीध्रुवदासजी के अनुसार भजन की वास्तविक पद्धति यही है कि साधक इस नश्वर संसार की समस्त आशाओं का त्याग कर, पूर्ण श्रद्धा और अटूट विश्वास के साथ केवल श्रीश्यामा-श्याम की पावन शरण में स्वयं को समर्पित कर दे।

riti bhajan ki yahai dhruv, chhando sab ki as.
jugal charan ki sharan gahi, manamen dhari vishvas..

Reeti Bhajan Ki Yahai Dhruv, Chaadon Sab Ki Aas.
Jugal Charan Ki Sharan Gahi, Mana Mein Dhari Vishwas.

The purpose of bhajana (devotion) is for the soul to reject all hope of pleasure from the material world and surrender fully to Śrī Rādhā Kṛṣṇa with complete faith.
