अवधि प्रेम की दोऊ प्यारे।
तन-मन-नैंन रहे एकै है, कबहूँ होत न न्यारे॥ [1]
रुचि-रुचि सौं रचि रहे दोउ जन, ज्यौं नैननि के तारे।
'हित ध्रुव' रीझि परस्पर छवि पर, तन-मन देत हैं वारे॥ [2]

Hindi Meaning
हे सखि ! हमारे युगल किशोर प्रेम की चरम सीमा हैं।
इनका तन, मन और नेत्र — सब एक हो गए हैं, ये कभी एक-दूसरे से विलग नहीं होते। [1]
दोनों अपने-अपने प्रेम की रुचि से एक-दूसरे में ऐसे रमे हुए हैं जैसे एक दूसरे के आखों के तारे हों।
श्री हित ध्रुवदास जी कहते हैं कि वे एक-दूसरे की छवि पर रीझ रीझकर अपने तन-मन न्यौछावर करते रहते हैं। [2]
